AURAMIO is operated by Polaris Flow Co., Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

You are responsible for providing accurate personalization, contact, shipping, and recipient information.

By placing an order, you confirm that the submitted gift details are correct and that you are authorized to use any personalization you provide.

AURAMIO products are made to order from the confirmed design details.

Please review names, years, messages, flower choices, colors, and selected details carefully before checkout.

Prices are shown before checkout and may include item price, shipping, and applicable totals.

An order is not production-ready until payment is successfully confirmed.

Personalized gifts are prepared after successful order and payment confirmation. Current estimate: 3-5 business days before dispatch. Standard Shipping is estimated at 5-8 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates and may vary during busy periods, material availability changes, or carrier delays.

Cancellation may be requested within 2 hours after placing an order. Where production has not started, AURAMIO should normally honor a valid cancellation request within that window. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible and is not automatically guaranteed.

Personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply. Damaged, incorrect, or materially different items may qualify for a remake, replacement, or refund under our returns policy.

Preserved flowers and handmade arrangements naturally vary. Slight differences in shade, shape, size, texture, petal form, markings, placement, and filler distribution are normal.

Natural variation does not allow incorrect personalization, missing paid components, the wrong main flower family, the wrong main color, or a product that materially differs from your confirmed design.

AURAMIO may use AI-assisted previews to help you visualize your selected configuration before checkout.

A preview is a visual representation, not a photograph of the finished handmade product. Exact personalization, selected paid options, and confirmed design details remain part of your approved design. Preview and handmade variation language does not excuse incorrect personalization, missing paid options, wrong primary materials or colors, or a finished product that materially deviates from the confirmed design.
